the hotel overall was excellent. the rooms were clean, and i found the bed very comfy. breakfast had a great buffet and every room includes direct access to a swimming pool from the garden. there was also some shade on the beach, a nice spot during strong sun.

I found the staff very friendly. They helped us with transportation to and from the pier. Breakfast offered a diverse selection, combining Asian and European options. My room had direct access to the pool, and the pool was very clean. I appreciated the hotel cleaning the beach each morning.

the room was spacious and clean. the pool access from the terrace was wonderful. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.

the hotel lacks a transfer service from the pier. i had to find my own transportation. the beach bar and the restaurant do not connect, i had to order drinks separately from food. the breakfast area was crowded and items were not always replaced promptly.
